To ensure peak freshness, all Akaushi Wagyu steaks are flash-frozen and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs. We ship orders every Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays and guarantee your premium beef arrives in perfect condition.
